Readers Asked:
[12/23] Dear Ralph: I’m in a quandary. I’m a 40-year-old man, and I’ve been rooming with my friend Barb for the last two months as I wait for the final work on my new home to be completed. [8/23] Dear Ralph: I have a friend who constantly ruminates and rants about everyday injustices as well as global problems like climate change, and it’s often to the detriment of his relationships and enjoyment of life. I try to listen and give him space to express himself, but he usually sounds like a broken record and he becomes more frustrated and anxious the more he talks. Any thoughts on how I might deal with this? —Atta Loss
[6/23] Dear Ralph: Do you have any tips for letting go of safe, familiar ties when you’re not sure where you’re going next? —Cutting Anchor in Oklahoma
[2/23] Dear Ralph: I’m feeling a bit uneasy about living in the US. It seems dangerous and unpredictable. Do you have any advice on where I could go after retirement? —John-Boy in Boston
