To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in its original form and packaging. Refund eligibility applies for 30 days after the product is delivered. Once we receive the returned item, if everything looks good, a refund-credit will be applied to your credit card or original means of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to process and post to your account.
